About this Division

TCNJ’s Division of Operations comprises more than 300 dedicated employees that provide a wide range of services and support integral to the College’s mission. Critical functions of this Division include maintaining the College’s network and enterprise systems; providing a visible, active campus police department to ensure the community’s safety and security; collecting and analyzing institutional data to inform strategic decision-making; and both managing and developing the College’s facilities and campus grounds.

Through creating and implementing strategic plans that will carry the College into the future; cultivating a unique experience for students, faculty, and staff; and fostering relationships with internal and external partners, this division is dedicated to creating a sustainable TCNJ that is flexible, functional, and inclusive.
